I am here begging for your help again. I need to go to St Louis and I have to be there on June 7th and be there for 3 days. I have completed all the requirements and this trip will consist of the final tests and education that will allow me to be put on the transplant list for my new LUNGS.
My girls and I live on 673.00 a month and yes we do get food stamps. No one in my family or friends can afford this trip to save my life.
I am in need of a hotel room from Monday June 7th through and including Wednesday night the 9th of June. I am in need of a rental car since the car that I borrow to use will not make the trip. I am in need of money for gas (approx. 150.00 since gas has gone up in our area). We also could use assistance for meals while we are there. When I say we I am talking about my boyfriend who is my caregiver and he MUST attend the education portion of this trip for me to get on the transplant list.
This wish is to literally get me one step closer to being there for my daughters while they are growing up. This means LIFE for me.
My health has gotten worse and I have just recently been released from the hospital after a 4 week stay. My lung function is at 19% so you can see I am desperate to get on the transplant list before it is too late.
Thank you for any and all help the WUAH Comunity Heroes can do for me. I look forward to being on this site as a Hero as soon as I am able.

I'm with the local Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Tulsa and have taken care of making the car rental reservations for Samantha. The cost is $324.23 and I am asking 13 HEROES to donate $25 to help cover this expense. I have made the 1st donation and a local Tulsa Firefighter has made the 2nd!
