I WISH for my toddler twins to ride safley in my car

I have 3 year old toddler twins whom have out grown their current car seats! We received the car seats when the girls turned a year old from my cousin because his kids had out grown them! Unfortunately the weight limit has been met! I am currently pregnant with a little boy, whom will complete our family in late December! I have never "asked" for anything before, but with the Holidays, a new baby, and taking time off work for maternity leave I will not be able to afford these car seats for at least a couple more months. Safety is very important to me and I want my kiddos to be comfortable and safe while we take trips to church, the grocery store, etc! I am a work at home mom who manages an office for an electrical contractor! I have been blessed with the amazing opportunity to stay at home with all the kids and also contribute to the family income! Unfortunately, this job doesn't come with the perks of a "normal" job! My boss is giving me 6 weeks off while my jobs waits for me, however he in not in a position to pay me for those 6 weeks! I wouldn't even take 6 weeks if it weren't for the fact that I am having a repeat C-section and my body needs the 6 weeks to recover fully! Thank you for taking the time to review my wish! This is an amazing site and I am glad to have stumbled upon "Wish upon a Hero!"

What a wonderful gift to recieve! The gift of security, knowing my twins are safe while riding with me to Church, the grocery store, G-ma and g-pa's house, etc!     You can go to your local public health department and request car seats. They have fund for this. I would also check with the local police department. I have gotten a car seat at public health before so I know that this option is available and free.

    Your welcome, this is not only a necessity in my eyes, but a safety issue. Please ensure I have the link to the correct seats that you want. Can you do site to store or do you need them shipped to your home?

    I called all the resourse places her in my area and they only offer infant car seats :(

    You might try area hospitals. I know one year I was able to get new up to date carseats for my children.

    I found this car seat @ our wal-mart for 43.99 x 2 = 87.89 + tax. I would just edit my wish, but for some reason it won't let me!

    Please look for a different carseat. Since your daughters are only 3 they still very much need a 5 point harness, not a booster seat used with the seat belt. I hope you find your heros so your girls can ride safely in the car. Maija
