I could get to the hospital to see my 5 yr old daughter and buy a few groceries

Hi, I am hoping there is a hero who can help me. My daughter is i the hospital following having 2 seizures at home (we still don't know why) and is having some serious helth issues that doctors still have no answer for as of today. I have not been able to see her since Tuesday because the Children's hospital she is in is 55 miles from our home and I have been very ill myself with a brain tumor and unable to work awaiting on a decision from social security disability. My heart is breaking because she is all alone there as we do not have any family near and very limited at that.
I have less than $2.00 and cannot pay for gas to get there to be with her let alone get back and forth as I have 2 other small children.
I am hoping and praying someone can help us! We have very little left to eat in the house as I spent the little money we did have to go to the hospital already. It breaks my heart as a mother to not be able to be with my 5 year old daughter simply due to lack of money. I just feel more depressed that as a mother I cannot be there for her, and wonder when it will end! If anyone can help with gas, groceries or just prayers I will be forever grateful! I do have paypal but I havenot used it in awhile and have no ides how to link it. I can provide more information if needed. Thank you!

I want to thank those for their well wishes and I am saddened as this is the third time I have made a wish and someone offered to help grant it and never heard from them again. I have had a couple wonderful hero's in the past so I amgrateful Period! But I think it is unfait to make a wish as granted when it wasn't is there a resolution to this?

Hi, I am sorry for not having been back on to comment but it has been very difficult. My daughter is in the hospital in Madison, which is about an hour from us. They are talking about discharging her even though they do not know what is causing the seizures they are treating her with meds to control them. She will need to follow up with neuro upon discharge> I am scared because we live so far away from the hospital, what if something happens? There are still labs pending so I am hoping something comes back to give us an explanation. I am also distressed as I don't know how I will get her back and forth to the appts they want her to go to. If there is anyone that could help with gas cards or a hotel even for a night? We also have run out of everything but pb and jelly if anyone can help us get through these trying times I would be so grateful!

Can you tell me which Children's Hospital your daughter is at? Is it in Milwaukee or in Madison? I am looking into lodging for families but I need to know where to concentrate my efforts. I know there are other issues, just trying to tackle one at a time. Hang in there, we'll see what we can come up with.
